TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment and Delivery Terms for Tools Over $10,000
Payment Schedule:
33% due with purchase order
33% due at 50% project completion
34% due upon completion
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of work stoppage or cancellation, payment is required for work completed to date, based on the percentage of the total job completed, or 33% of the total purchase order amount, whichever is greater.
Delivery Terms:
• All deliveries are F.O.B. our plant.
• Lead time may vary based on current workload status at the time of order.
• Delivery timelines start upon receipt of the order.
Additional Terms:
• Hess Industries Ltd. reserves the right to re-quote any changes or revisions and submit them for customer approval.
• Typographical and clerical errors are subject to correction.
• Certificates of compliance or material certification will be furnished only if requested by the customer at the time of order.
• First-time customers may be required to ship C.O.D. only.
